Frequently asked Questions
At Hapyx we offer various payment options including:

Your items will be shipped within 2 business days after receiving your payment. You’ll receive an email with a Tracking Information link as soon as the purchase is shipped.
Standard Delivery (2-3 Days)
Large Bulky Items (7-10 days)
If you change your mind about a product, you can return it within 30 days. The return period starts on the day your order is delivered.
There are some exceptions which you won’t be able to return e.g. perishable goods such as food, personalised items, flowers etc. See details and exclusions.
Please note all items must be returned with all outer packaging and labels intact and be in the exact condition in which they were received.
Once a refund has been treated for your purchase, the money should reach your initial payment method in 3-4 working days, although this can take up to 30 days for credit/debit cards depending on who you bank with.
We’d love to make it immediately but these timescales are unfortunately out of our management!
We’re very sorry to hear your goods is damaged. You can request a product refund by going to the My Account page in your Hapyx account. Find the order and click the ‘Refund’ button and write your valid reasons.
We send to remote parts of a country and islands, but not all of them.
We don’t deliver to: Guernsey (GY*), Outer Hebrides (HS*), Isle of Man (IM*), Jersey (JE*), Kirkwall (KW*) and Shetland Islands (ZE*).
